***Position :-*** Kitchen Assistant

***Job Description :-***To assist the Head Cook/Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in the kitchen.
Responsibilities :-
Assist in preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring, etc.) for daily meals.
Support in cooking and food preparation under the supervision of the Head Cook/Chef.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Store food supplies properly and monitor stock levels.
Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of food supplies.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the work area tidy.
Perform any other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :-
High school diploma or equivalent (culinary training is an advantage).
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred.
Basic knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good communication and time management skills.
Strong sense of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
