About the Role
Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is hiring a Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair all kitchen and laundry equipment. The role involves daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and responding to breakdowns to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.

- Conduct daily inspection, servicing, and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, steamers, mixers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ironers, and extractors
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintain accurate records
- Respond promptly to repair requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime
- Monitor the condition and performance of gas, electrical, steam, and water connections associated with equipment
- Support installation and commissioning of new kitchen and laundry machines when required
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures during servicing of machinery
- Assist other engineering team members in general maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas

About The Job
- Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Engineering Department, the Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of all kitchen and laundry equipment throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspection, servicing, and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, steamers, mixers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ironers, and extractors.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and maintain accurate records.
