Serve as a Kiosk Sales Representative for premium scents, home and workplace aromas, and high-end diffusers.
Work in a high-traffic indoor retail setting such as a mall or department store.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Customer Engagement and Sales
- Build rapport with customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, answer questions, and close sales.
- Address objections, upsell related products, and offer bundle or promotional deals.
Transactions and Records
- Operate the POS system to process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately, including change and receipts.
- Maintain daily sales records and organize end-of-shift reconciliation information.
Kiosk and Inventory Operations
- Keep the kiosk clean, tidy, visually appealing, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Replenish stock, organize displays, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing new stock deliveries.
Targets and Customer Support
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional campaigns or events and share customer feedback and sales trends.
- Provide after-sales support, handle complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail or direct sales experience is preferred.
- A Business, Marketing, or related bachelor's degree is preferred but not always required.
- Experience in mall or kiosk sales and familiarity with POS and payment handling are advantageous.
