Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement attractive product displays and layouts in stores and kiosks.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor product presentation, cleanliness, and display consistency across locations.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to execute promotions and new launches.
- Plan and install visual setups for new store openings, pop-ups, and events.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual execution and make improvements.
- Maintain visual standards and update displays based on stock levels and customer feedback.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising basics and display maintenance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor visual strategies.
- Manage display tools, props, and in-store branding materials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
- Experience in perfume, fashion, or luxury merchandising is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
- A valid United Arab Emirates driving license is preferred.
- Tagalog speaking ability is required.
