Role Overview
Supervise and lead the installation team responsible for integrating scent diffusion systems with HVAC systems.
Ensure installations are safe, efficient, compliant with company standards, and aligned with customer requirements.
Team Leadership
- Coordinate HVAC technicians and installation staff, assign daily work, and monitor performance, productivity, and workmanship.
- Train, mentor, evaluate, and develop technicians while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
HVAC Technical Operations
- Supervise scent diffusion system installation and integration with HVAC systems.
- Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and ductwork and identify installation points for effective fragrance distribution.
- Oversee air ducts, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, airflow balancing, minor modifications, testing, commissioning, and final inspections.
- Troubleshoot complex installation issues and provide technical solutions.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate installation schedules with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available before site visits and monitor completion against schedules.
- Provide management with updates on project progress and technical challenges.
Quality, Safety, and Reporting
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits and enforce health and safety regulations on customer sites.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain installation, maintenance, customer approval, and team performance records.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of HVAC installation and maintenance experience and 2 years leading or supervising HVAC teams.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, ventilation, airflow balancing, AHUs, FCUs, and mechanical installations.
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, mechanical layouts, and technical documentation.
- Experience with HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Strong leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple installation projects and proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
- Valid UAE driving license.
