Job Summary
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse, salesperson vehicles, and kiosks.
Ensure stock availability and support smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, investigate discrepancies, and support compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse, salesperson vehicles, and kiosks.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
- Update inventory systems with data from incoming shipments, transfers, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with stock-space optimization and organization to improve efficiency.
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Support warehouse staff with locating and picking inventory for orders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
