Role Overview
The Kiosk Sales Representative supports luxury retail sales of premium scents, home and workplace aromas, and high-end diffusers.
The role is based in a high-traffic indoor retail setting such as a mall or department store.
Customer Engagement and Sales
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide personalized scent consultations.
- Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and promotions.
- Answer product questions, address objections, close sales, and upsell related products.
- Offer bundles and promotional deals while working toward sales targets.
Transactions and Merchandising
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments and maintain daily sales records.
- Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Replenish stock and follow visual merchandising and brand presentation guidelines.
Customer Service and Operations
- Provide after-sales support and explain warranty and return policies.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or shortages.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing new stock deliveries.
- Coordinate shift transitions and submit sales or operational feedback to supervisors.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Arabic-speaking ability is required.
- Previous retail or direct sales experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mall or kiosk sales experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash or digital payment handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
