- Greet children at arrivals and departures
- Welcome and assist guests with requests and directions
- Ensure welcome kits and letters are available per SOP
- Direct and liaise with Kids Only Counselors, Babysitters, and attendants
- Manage stated areas for smooth and efficient operation
- Ensure SOPs, risk assessments, policies, and health guidelines are followed
- Update kids' profiles with preferences and medical conditions
- Promote and encourage guest participation in activities
- Motivate and encourage staff for best performance
- Assist with preparing and organizing Kids Only and resort activities
- Supervise babysitting department and manage payroll data
- Conduct departmental trainings and attend meetings
Requirements
- Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to relate to children of all age groups

Job Summary
- The Kids Only Supervisor directly supervises counselors and team members providing services for children.
- Assists the Assistant Manager in overseeing Kids Only facilities to ensure smooth, personalized, and efficient service.
- Reports to Recreation Manager or Director of Sports & Leisure in absence of Kids Only Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Be present at arrivals and departures to greet children.
- Welcome, greet, and assist guests with requests, enquiries, and directions.
- Ensure welcome letters, introduction letters, and complimentary arrival kits are available per SOP.
- Direct and liaise with Kids Only Counselors, Babysitters, and attendant.
- Manage stated areas ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure all SOPs, Risk Assessments, policies, and Health guidelines are followed.
- Update all kids' profiles regarding preferences, medical conditions, allergies.
- Actively promote and encourage guest participation in activities and events.
- Motivate and encourage staff for best performance.
- Assist with preparing and organizing Kids Only and resort activities.
- Supervise all aspects of Babysitting Department.
- Responsible for accurate data input, upkeep of Fusion, and payroll processes.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant experience is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work within, lead, and motivate the team.
- Ability to relate to children from all age groups.
