Job Description
Support efficient and timely operation of the Kids Club or crèche.
Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and their parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with recreation management to create a safe environment for children.
- Ensure parents complete children's registration forms accurately, including child history.
- Create and maintain an inventory of toys and equipment.
- Ensure equipment is clean and properly maintained.
- Report requests for additional or replacement toys.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules.
- Enforce club rules and regulations.
- Keep the club or crèche clean and tidy.
- Know the club's facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
Education and Experience
- A diploma or vocational training in kindergarten or a childcare-related field is preferred.
- Previous similar work experience is preferred.
- A true passion for children and a creative, caring approach are important.
Skills and Competencies
- Good command of English and good interpersonal abilities are required.
- Russian-speaking capability is required for the role.
- Guest service, patience, maturity, adaptability, teamwork, and stress-handling skills are important.
- The role requires an outgoing, approachable, positive, and customer-focused approach.
- The position involves working with a multicultural team and guests.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time and based at a resort Kids Club or crèche in Abu Dhabi.
- The work involves in-person childcare, guest service, equipment handling, and facility operations.
