The Human Resources Clerk supports employee-focused HR administration and provides service and practical solutions to employees.
The role manages forms, applications, employee documents, records, and related government transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and type forms for visa, permit, registration, and renewal applications.
- Monitor employee document expiry dates and process renewals on time.
- Issue and control employee lockers and maintain monthly records.
- Issue document copies to employees when needed.
- Enter employee data and scan documents into the CID system, then update and submit data regularly.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, business contacts, pending items, and personnel files.
- Follow up on pending HR administration items.
Education and experience
- A degree in a related discipline is required.
- Previous experience in the same field is preferred.
- Computer literacy and fluent English are required.
- Proficiency in a computerized payroll system is preferred.
Knowledge and competencies
- The candidate should be helpful, self-motivated, positive, approachable, and able to interact effectively with employees.
- The role requires responsibility, recognition of differences, customer focus, adaptability, and teamwork.
