About the Role
Anantara at Banana Island Resort Doha is seeking a passionate Kids Club Attendant to provide extraordinary child-tending services. The role involves supervising children, maintaining a safe play area, creating daily lesson plans, and communicating with parents.

Responsibilities
- Provide a sincere and loving attitude towards children, showing patience and concern for their wellbeing
- Keep the play area safe and free from hazards while monitoring children consistently throughout the day
- Clean play equipment, games, and toys on a regular basis
- Keep individual records for each child and discuss information with parents daily
- Create daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate, fun, and interesting
- Participate in learning activities with the children, including reading, art and crafts, music, and singing
- Complete administrative duties, including signing children in and out and recording their details
- Comply with and uphold all health, safety, and security regulations and procedures
- Respond promptly and appropriately to difficult or emergency situations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant
- Excellent listener, fun and engaging personality
- Caring, compassionate and patient
- Skilled at developing and leading children in fun learning activities
- Good command of English
