- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain regular communication and build strong partnerships with assigned key accounts
- Handle customer enquiries, provide product information, and coordinate with internal teams
- Conduct scheduled field visits to fleet operators, transport companies, logistics firms, schools, construction fleets, hospitality groups, and government entities
- Implement management plans to penetrate potential customers within target segments
- Arrange customer visits, demonstrations, and product introductions
- Follow up on proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and required documentation
- Apply sales techniques including consultative selling, solution based selling, TCO positioning, and promoting after sales value propositions
- Promote extended warranty options, service contracts, accessories, and other after sales programmes
- Provide relevant input on market intelligence and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in commercial vehicle fleet sales within the UAE
- Must have an existing customer network within the fleet and transport sectors
- Proven sales track record
- Solid knowledge of buses, vans, minibuses, and fleet operations
- Demonstrated capability in key account management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Valid UAE driving licence
- English; Arabic is preferred

Job Purpose
- The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key customer accounts across the fleet, transport, logistics, government, and corporate sectors to generate sales from these accounts.
- The role focuses on customer engagement and expanding business opportunities by penetrating key accounts through a plan aligned with management objectives.
- This role requires conducting regular field visits to maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new opportunities.
- The ideal candidate must have an established customer network in the UAE market, a good knowledge of commercial vehicles and sales techniques, supported by a proven track record of fleet sales achievements.
Job Responsibilities

- Add active customers to the existing client base in line with the targets set.
- Arrange customer visits, demonstrations, and product introductions in alignment with management strategy.
- Follow up on proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and required documentation.
- Apply sales techniques, including consultative selling, solution based selling, highlighting product advantages, TCO positioning, and promoting after sales value propositions.
- Engage with transport companies, schools, hospitality groups, logistics operators, construction fleets, and government entities.

- Provide relevant input on market intelligence and competitor activities.
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in commercial vehicle fleet sales within the UAE.
- Must have an existing customer network within the fleet and transport sectors.
