- Manage a portfolio of high value clients including municipalities, developers, malls, hotels, and mixed use developments
- Build long term strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Achieve assigned sales targets for smart parking and mobility solutions
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead contract renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations
- Understand client parking challenges and propose tailored smart parking solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions (hardware, software, and payment systems)
- Present product demos and solution proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and implementation teams for smooth project delivery
- Ensure timely deployment of parking systems and client satisfaction during rollout
- Monitor post implementation performance and service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or solution sales
- Experience in smart city solutions, parking systems, IoT, or SaaS platforms preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- UAE Driving License (Required)

Role Summary
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships for smart parking and mobility solutions.
- The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding long term partnerships, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of digital parking systems across government, real estate developers, commercial properties, and transportation stakeholders.
