Manage and grow key retail accounts for luggage, handbags, travel accessories, and fashion accessories across the UAE.
The role focuses on modern trade, department stores, hypermarkets, major retail chains, distributors, and long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail accounts, distributors, and modern trade customers across the UAE.
- Increase product listings, distribution, and account profitability to achieve sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance and stock availability, and coordinate timely order fulfilment.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide market and competitor insights.
- Ensure timely payment collections and submit regular sales and account performance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least two years of UAE key account or modern trade sales experience in luggage, handbags, travel accessories, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong relationships with UAE retailers, distributors, and key retail chains.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
