Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and support the organization’s network infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and perform necessary optimizations or upgrades.
- Manage and secure Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Support and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and ensure proper network integration.
- Administer and troubleshoot IP-based PABX telephony systems.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, system updates, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration.
- Strong expertise configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration for versions 2016, 2019, or 2022.
- Experience with CCTV system setup, configuration, and integration.
- Working knowledge of IP-based PABX systems.
- Native Hindi speaker is required.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or Fortinet NSE certifications are a plus.
