The role is Full-Stack Programmer with a focus on enterprise application development.
The position is based in Al Qusais, Dubai, and is full-time and in person.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- The role requires 1–4 years of hands-on full-stack application development experience.
- Strong proficiency is required across applicable programming languages, frontend technologies, backend frameworks, APIs, databases, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI or LLM service integration is required.
Technical Skills
- Relevant technologies include C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, and Go.
- Frontend technologies include React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
- Backend technologies include Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, and Laravel.
- The role involves RESTful APIs, GraphQL, web services, microservices, API integration, EF Core, LINQ, ORM concepts, and database optimization.
- Databases include Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Development tooling includes Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- AI work may include chatbots, document processing, workflow automation, intelligent search, and AI-powered business solutions.
- Authentication and security knowledge includes JWT, OAuth 2.0, identity management, and RBAC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, MCP, AI agents, or AI automation frameworks is advantageous.
- Domain knowledge of real estate, contracting, or construction business processes is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack enterprise applications and integrate frontend, backend, database, cloud, and AI components.
- Build APIs, web services, microservices, and integrations.
- Integrate AI and LLM services into enterprise applications and deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Apply authentication and security concepts and collaborate through strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
