Overview

Our client, a global energy drink brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is looking to hire a passionate Account Executive – HORECA professional with experience in beverage, lifestyle.

Location

: Dubai \| Abu Dhabi/Al Ain \| Sharjah/Northern Emirates.

Role Overview

The Key Account Executive – HoReCa is responsible for growing and managing key accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, and institutional clients in the UAE.

The role focuses on business development, customer acquisition, account management, and driving sales growth within the HoReCa channel.

Ideal candidates will have strong FMCG or beverage industry experience, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in revenue growth.

1. Key Account Management & Customer Development

  • Manage and grow relationships with key HoReCa accounts across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutions
  • Identify and onboard new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop account plans and drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and market expansion
  • Support product launches, promotions, and customer activations within the HoReCa channel

3. Sales & Commercial Operations

  • Monitor sales performance, pricing, collections, and account profitability
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and customer support

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Support

  • Track competitor activity, industry trends, and customer needs within the HoReCa market
  • Provide market insights and account analysis to support business strategy and growth

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven business development and key account management experience
  • Strong communication, reporting, and customer-focused approach

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in HoReCa, FMCG, beverage, or food service sales
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
