Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of the hotel's Ken Fix systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components, to ensure efficient operation and compliance with Accor's standards and guidelines.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high quality work and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the Ken Fix systems, ensuring that scheduled inspections, servicing, and repairs are carried out in a timely manner to minimize downtime and potential disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the Ken Fix systems to identify any issues or potential problems, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring their adherence to Accor's policies and procedures.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment related to the Ken Fix systems, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained and accurate records are kept.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, to address any Ken Fix related guest complaints or requests, resolving them promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Ken Fix systems to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption of the Ken Fix systems, identify opportunities for energy conservation, and implement relevant initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
