- Support in leading, mentoring, and training junior pastry chefs and bakery team members
- Oversee daily pastry section operations to ensure timely production
- Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain the highest standards in taste, texture, and presentation
- Ensure recipe adherence and product consistency across all batches
- Conduct regular quality checks and tasting sessions
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively
- Minimize waste and maintain strong food cost control
- Coordinate with procurement for high quality ingredient sourcing
- Assist in seasonal menu launches and new product development
- Develop daily production schedules and allocate tasks accordingly
Requirements
- 5 8 years of pastry experience in high end, large scale, or fine dining operations
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Experience in high volume production kitchens is highly preferred
- Culinary or pastry certification is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of pastry techniques and modern dessert trends
- Thorough understanding of UAE food safety standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
