The role
Join the team opening a new La Petite Maison restaurant at a waterfront location in Dubai.
As Junior Sommelier, support wine service, care for the cellar, and learn the wine list with guidance from the team.
What you’ll do
- Support wine service on the restaurant floor.
- Help guests with wine recommendations and pairings.
- Look after cellar organisation and stock.
- Support the sommelier team during service.
- Learn the wine list and the producers behind it.
- Help with tastings and wine events.
What you need
- Some experience in wine service or a strong interest in wine.
- Wine certification is preferred, with WSET identified as a preferred certification.
- Be warm and eager to learn.
- Be organised and reliable.
- Be fluent in English.
