Role Overview
La Petite Maison is opening a new beachfront restaurant destination in Dubai.
The General Manager leads one restaurant across multiple spaces while owning the operation, team, financial results, and guest experience.
What You Will Do
- Lead the entire operation across every space.
- Own revenue, budgets, and P&L.
- Build, lead, and inspire a large team.
- Protect and elevate the LPM brand.
- Partner with culinary and bar leadership.
- Drive covers, VIPs, and standout hospitality.
- Maintain tight standards for safety and compliance.
- Provide hands-on leadership from strategy through floor operations.
What You Need
- 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality and senior leadership.
- Proven P&L ownership and commercial results.
- Strong, people-first leadership.
- Deep knowledge of premium French-Mediterranean dining.
- A hands-on and charismatic approach from strategy through floor operations.
- A hospitality degree.
- Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
