Role overview
The Barback keeps the bar running by ensuring bartenders have the supplies they need and supporting efficient service.
The role offers an opportunity to learn bar operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Prepare garnishes and get the bar ready before service.
- Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Support bartenders throughout service.
- Help with deliveries and storage areas.
- Help with opening and closing duties.
What you need
- Some experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel is a plus.
- Be fast, reliable, and happy to keep busy.
- Be a team player who helps where needed.
- Be tidy and organised.
- Have basic English skills.
