The Role
Serve as the face of the restaurant and set the tone for each guest visit with a warm and genuine welcome.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and seat guests warmly.
- Handle bookings and enquiries professionally.
- Look after regulars and special occasions.
- Support the flow of the restaurant during service.
- Keep guest information accurate and confidential.
- Work closely with the floor and reservations teams.
What You Need
- Guest service experience in hospitality.
- A warm, natural way with people.
- Organized and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with booking systems.
- Fluent English.
- Other languages are a plus.
