LPM Restaurant and Bar is introducing its hospitality offering to Doha with a focus on service excellence and culinary quality.
What you will do
- Deliver high-quality service and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Oversee a specific restaurant section and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
What you need
- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.
