The Opportunity

A leading global financial services multinational is hiring a Junior Sales Manager in Dubai.

This is a brilliant role for a commercially sharp salesperson who wants to grow their career inside a world-class organisation — with structured training, real progression, and a brand name that opens doors for life.

The Role

This is a 50/50 split between account management and new business development.

You'll own a portfolio of existing clients — deepening relationships, growing wallet share, and delivering exceptional service — while also hunting for new logos to bring into the business.

You'll be backed by one of the strongest training and development programmes in the industry, mentored by senior sales leaders, and set up to progress quickly through the ranks.

What You'Ll Own

  • *Account Management (50%)*
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building deep, long-term relationships
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow account value
  • Deliver consistently high service standards and act as the trusted point of contact
  • Conduct regular client reviews and proactively bring solutions to the table
  • Retain and renew — keep the book healthy and growing
  • *New Business (50%)*
  • Hunt for new clients through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Lead pitches, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Convert prospects into long-term, high-value clients
  • Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums

What You'Ll Bring

  • Circa 2-5 years experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong account management instincts — you build relationships that last
  • Polished communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly professional, ambitious, and coachable
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • UAE or GCC market experience strongly preferred
