About the Role
A leading real estate investment and development group is seeking a Design Manager for a high-profile luxury hospitality project in the UAE. The role combines design coordination with hands-on project delivery, overseeing design stages from concept through completion.

Responsibilities
- Oversee design stages from schematic through to construction documentation and final delivery
- Coordinate with appointed architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors to maintain design quality
- Manage project timelines, budgets and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and coordinate FF&E technical specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is translated accurately into construction
- Act as a central point of contact between the developer, design teams, operator and other stakeholders
- Manage authority and permit processes with relevant government bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Interior Design or a related design field
- 4 plus years of combined experience in design and project delivery, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record delivering hotel or resort projects from design through to handover
- Strong understanding of FF&E specifications, construction drawings and on site execution
- Experience coordinating with luxury hotel operators
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills
- Experience working across international markets advantageous

Design Manager Luxury Hospitality UAE
- SELECTED is working with a leading real estate investment and development group to recruit a Design Manager for a high profile luxury hospitality project in the region.
- This is an exciting opportunity to combine design coordination with hands on project delivery on one of the most prestigious developments currently underway in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design stages from schematic through to construction documentation and final delivery
- Coordinate with appointed architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors to maintain design quality
- Manage project timelines, budgets and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and coordinate FF&E technical specifications

What We're Looking For
