Responsibilities
- Providing full secretarial support to Partners and Associates within the Corporate team
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation, correspondence and presentations
- Managing document production, proofreading and ensuring consistently high standards of accuracy
- Organising travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries
- Assisting with billing, expenses and matter administration
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within an international or well established regional law firm
- Experience supporting a Corporate, M&A or Commercial practice
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in producing high quality work
- A positive, team oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
