Role Overview
Support road engineering, RTA approvals, road works, site coordination, and compliance with RTA and Dubai Municipality requirements.
The role requires at least two years of road engineering experience in Dubai and valid RTA approval or licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on RTA permits, NOCs, ROW permits, access permits, trial pits, and road closure approvals.
- Prepare drawings and technical documents for RTA submission and coordinate inspections and approvals.
- Prepare and monitor Traffic Management Plans and road diversions.
- Supervise resurfacing, paving, kerbs, interlock, sidewalks, drainage, traffic control, signage, barriers, and pedestrian safety.
- Review drawings, method statements, material submissions, inspection requests, checklists, test reports, and as-built documents.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, authorities, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, ensure compliance, and resolve technical and site issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Valid RTA approval or licence in Dubai is mandatory.
- At least two years of relevant road engineering experience in Dubai.
