We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day investment operations.
This role will assist in administrative and operational tasks across banking, reporting, and transaction processing while working closely with senior team members.
1. Banking & Administrative Support
- Assist in documentation for bank account opening/closing (KYC, forms, follow-ups)
- Maintain and update bank account records and files
- Support in preparing basic payment and transfer requests
2. Trade & Transaction Support
- Assist in recording trade details in internal systems
- Support the team in tracking trade settlements and follow-ups
- Help maintain records of corporate actions (dividends, payments, etc.)
3. Reconciliation Support
- Assist in basic reconciliation of cash and transactions
- Highlight discrepancies to senior team members
- Maintain organized records for audit purposes
4. Reporting & Data Management
- Update spreadsheets and internal trackers for portfolio data
- Assist in preparing basic reports under supervision
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Support KYC/AML documentation and record-keeping
- Maintain proper filing of operational and compliance documents
- Assist during audits by retrieving required documents
6. General Operations Support
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support the team with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of finance/investments is an advantage
- Good Excel skills (basic formulas, data handling)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in portfolio management systems (Bloomberg, Tableau)
