Responsibilities
- Distribute correspondences, mail and send faxes. Record all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Assume counter receptionist duties, greet employees and assist them with appropriate staff members.
- Arrange and prepare refreshments for meetings. Assist clients/guests as and when required.
- Maintain a proper filing system. File documents, letters and other correspondence into analogous files.
- File all documents in respective files/folders within 24 hours from the time of receipt, with zero errors.
- Assist, process, update and maintain various records for department staff.
- Update and maintain the database at all times.
- Monitor office/pantry supplies consumption and prepare replenishment requisitions.
- Undertake cleaning activities for the area and keeps the area clean and tidy.
- Wash and clean material in the pantry so it is ready for use on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and serve beverages to employees and guests and undertake all other kitchen duties.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

About the role
- Supports the requirements and the effective administration of document maintenance and logistical support to the line manager and department, systematically improving and organizing the filing system and database, and coordinating documents as necessary with other departments.
Key responsibilities
