- Assist and handle litigation cases and execution files related to court judgments and legal claims
- Track execution actions and follow up with relevant authorities
- Maintain organized case files and legal documentation
- Update and maintain case records in the e case system
- Prepare legal opinions and internal/external legal reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain documents for legal cases
- Provide case status updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Good organizational and file management skills

Role Purpose
- To support litigation team in managing legal cases, executions and enforcement files.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist and Handling litigation cases and execution files related to court judgments and legal claims.
- Track execution actions and follow up with relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain organized case files and legal documentation
- Update and maintain case records in the e case system, update and upload court documents, hearings decisions and results in the e case system.
- Prepare legal opinion, internal and external legal reports.
- Coordinate with internal and stakeholders to obtain documents required for legal cases.
- Provide cases status updates to internal stakeholders when requested.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and file management skills.
