Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment and components, including air cooled and water cooled systems up to 1000 tons, hot water boilers, hydronic systems, air conditioning units, pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, etc.
- Perform start ups, shutdowns, teardown, and basic commissioning of HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate field service documentation including service reports, refrigerant tracking logs, and timekeeping records
- Use power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for servicing and repairs
- Operate service vehicles and equipment, including forklifts when required; load and unload tools and materials
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers
- Support general business operations including inventory checks, equipment maintenance, and cleaning
- Provide potential sales leads and promote company products and services to customers
- Support onboarding and training of new or junior staff when required
- Strictly follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 0–2 years of relevant HVAC experience (junior level position)
- Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and manipulate equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Junior HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems while ensuring high quality service and adherence to safety standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment and components, including but not limited to: Air cooled and water cooled systems up to 1000 tons; Hot water boilers up to 200 HP; Hydronic and piping systems; Air conditioning units of various sizes; Pumps, air handling units, cooling towers,
- Perform start ups, shutdowns, teardown, and basic commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate field service documentation, including: Service reports; Refrigerant tracking logs; Timekeeping records.
- Use power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for servicing and repairs.
- Operate service vehicles and equipment, including forklifts when required.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from trucks.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers at all times.
- Support general business operations, including: Inventory checks; Equipment maintenance; Cleaning and organization of work areas.

Minimum Requirements
