- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present company products and services
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs
- Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports for management
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or similar role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of English
- UAE Driving License

Job Overview

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000 AED 6,000 per month.
- Job Type: Full time.
