Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Support gap analysis activities between existing systems/processes and business requirements
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, workflows, and process documentation
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors during project implementation activities
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect tracking
- Support system enhancement and automation initiatives for operational efficiency
- Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights when required
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs
- Maintain project documentation and update tracking tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
- Ensure timely communication and follow up on assigned tasks and project activities
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exposure to requirement gathering and business process documentation
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, MS Visio, or SQL is an advantage
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Banking, Brokerage, or Capital Markets will be a plus
- Internship or project experience in analytics, systems, or process improvement is beneficial
