Responsibilities
- Resolve issues across all integrations between ERPNext and SAP in both directions
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support live deployments
- Implement and support ERPNext billing integration with SAP FI and SAP COPA modules
- Implement and support ERPNext cash collection integration with SAP FI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide solutions
- Identify and report application bugs to development team and coordinate resolution
- Manage LS Navision process changes and provide guidance to offshore support team
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues to ensure system stability
- Maintain technical documentation and support process improvements
Requirements
- Experience with ERPNext and SAP integrations
- Knowledge of SAP FI and SAP COPA modules
- Experience in UAT and production deployment support
- Familiarity with LS Navision is a plus
