About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all site activities related to installation, fabrication, welding, testing, and commissioning of water treatment systems and associated infrastructure.
- Plan, organize, and control project execution to ensure timely completion and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and maintain productivity.
- Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource utilization, and take corrective actions when required.
- Conduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with QMS, HSE, and ISO requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Manage inspections, testing activities, authority approvals, and project handover documentation.
- Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support project cost control, budgeting, variation management, and claims documentation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding processes (TIG, ARC), piping systems, and mechanical installations.
- Familiarity with SS316L, Duplex 2205, HDPE, PVC, and other industrial piping materials.
- Sound understanding of ASME, ASTM, ISO, and UAE regulatory standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and engineering documentation.
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
