Responsibilities
- Implement and manage business plans and objectives for all stores execution to ensure planned revenues, brand image and customer satisfaction.
- Implement sales and marketing activities to ensure brand awareness and image meet prescribed standards and business targets.
- Analyze market and local consumer tastes and provide recommendations to Brand manager & supplier.
- Manage and control all aspects of stock management within designated remit.
- Implement and manage Loss Prevention standards.
- Create, develop and implement monthly sales strategies.
- Ensure highest levels of quality, customer service, and outlet performance.
- Monitor compliance of local laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 4 to 6 years relevant experience, of which 2 to 3 years in a management role
- Specialized experience in Beauty industry, retailing and distribution
- English proficiency; Arabic is an added value
- Exposure and understanding to regional operational aspects
- Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Tact, diplomacy and negotiation skills

Job Purpose
- To implement and manage business plans and objectives for all stores execution ensuring planned revenues, desired brand image and customer satisfaction.
- To implement sales and marketing activities to ensure brand awareness and image meet prescribed standards and business targets.
Strategic Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual plan, budgets and sales strategies, monitor performance and initiate corrective action.
- Implement policies and procedures for Beauty Brand sales activity and monitor compliance.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze market and local consumer tastes and provide recommendations to Brand manager & supplier.
- Manage and control all aspects of stock management.
- Implement and manage Loss Prevention standards.

Job Requirements
