Role Overview
The Junior Assistant Supervisor - Facility supports the smooth and efficient operation of on-site residential facilities and associated services.
The role maintains clean, safe, hygienic, and well-maintained accommodation while meeting service, quality, safety, and cost standards.
The position coordinates residential operations, contractors, employee welfare, transportation, safety, administration, procurement, and financial processes.
Residential and Facility Operations
- Ensure residents receive clean, safe, hygienic housing and facilities.
- Support efficient, cost-effective operation and continuous improvement of residential buildings, amenities, and equipment.
- Maintain living standards, residential procedures, resident records, and corrective actions.
- Monitor contractors, service quality, schedules, costs, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Coordinate catering, office layout, cleaning, hygiene, pest control, laundry, landscaping, transportation, sports, gym, and recreation services.
Welfare, Engagement, and Events
- Support sports, recreational, leisure, entertainment, and employee engagement activities.
