Job Purpose
Execute and follow up on the preparation and review of contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with approved financial and procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Protect organizational rights and minimize contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and amendments with relevant departments.
- Align contracts with tender results, requests for proposals, and approved technical and financial offers.
- Review scopes of work, prices, payment schedules, durations, performance indicators, and service levels.
- Follow up on signing procedures and required documentation before implementation.
- Monitor performance guarantees, validity periods, renewals, and releases.
- Monitor supplier obligations and coordinate with project managers on implementation progress.
- Prepare and review amendments, change orders, extensions, renewals, and contractual modifications.
- Monitor contract dates and notify stakeholders about renewals, extensions, or closures.
- Review payment requests against milestones, deliverables, completion certificates, and contract terms.
- Address contractual observations and violations with Finance, Legal, and technical departments.
- Prepare correspondence, notices, and periodic reports on contract status, values, obligations, and risks.
- Maintain contract records and contribute to templates, procedures, and work manuals.
