Role Overview
Support procurement and operational activities for a reputed UAE client on an outsourced basis.
Coordinate purchase orders, vendor follow-up, documentation, delivery tracking, and internal team coordination.
Handle multiple requirements and follow-ups efficiently.
Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments and suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations and coordinate necessary approvals.
- Follow up with vendors on orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Track purchase orders and ensure materials or services are delivered within required timelines.
Records and Invoice Support
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
- Assist with invoice verification and ensure supporting documents are available for payment processing.
- Maintain supplier and vendor records and procurement trackers.
