- Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
- Inform customers about product ranges most suitable for their needs.
- Explain the uses and benefits of different brands and products.
- Promote sales and achieve set targets for lines and sales by employing makeup knowledge.
- Monitor store level targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Participate in achieving incentives.
- Follow up on post launch sales targets at store level.
- Ensure in store marketing levels are achieved according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure store replenishment on appropriate shelves and at appropriate times.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the beauty sector
