About the Role

- Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and usage
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations
- Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs
- Explain the uses and benefits of different brands and products
- Drive sales to achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge
- Monitor store level goals and prepare daily sales reports
- Participate in achieving incentives and follow up on post launch sales targets
- Ensure in store marketing levels are met according to brand guidelines
- Ensure timely restocking on appropriate shelves and report inventory shortages
- Ensure inventory receipt follows established procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
