About the Role
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for the By Kilian boutique at Westfield Mall in Jeddah. The role involves leading the store to achieve commercial performance and exceptional guest experience, managing team succession, and overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead customer experience initiatives in the store
- Plan team succession and readiness
- Promote talent within the team through on the job training and extended assignments
- Enhance employee satisfaction index through initiatives, culture, and employee experience
- Oversee daily operations related to visual merchandising, POS compliance, sales team schedules, and commissions
- Provide in store support including privileges according to business needs
- Act as main point of contact with back office operations
- Ensure click and collect purchases are processed according to service level agreements
- Ensure customer data is collected as per marketing team requirements
- Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team is familiar with app offers
- Ensure store team works towards the same goal
- Drive overall sales and increase store revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of retail store management experience
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Inspirational leadership personality capable of guiding the team towards goals
