About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships to enhance loyalty
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and usage
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs
- Explain the uses and advantages of different brands and products
- Take responsibility for new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising
- Boost sales and achieve targets using fragrance knowledge
- Promote fragrance sales during events, shows, and new product launches
- Monitor store sales targets
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Communicate with customers remotely to drive store traffic or e commerce
- Ensure in store marketing levels are achieved according to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury fragrance or cosmetics sales (preferred)
- Good knowledge of fragrance families and how to present them to customers
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing in the luxury fragrance field

مهامك الوظيفية
- تطوير العلاقات مع العملاء لتعزيز ولائهم.
- الإجابة على استفسارات الزبائن حول المنتجات والأسعار والتوافر واستخدامات المنتج والخدمات.
- التواصل مع الزبائن لتقييم احتياجاتهم وتقديم المساعدة لهم في تلبية تلك الاحتياجات وتلبية توقّعات الزبائن أو حتى استباقها.
- إحاطة الزبائن علماً بنطاقات المنتجات الأنسب لاحتياجاتهم.
- توضيح استخدامات العلامات التجارية والمنتجات المختلفة ومزاياها.
- تولّي مسؤولية إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة وترويج المنتجات والتسويق المرئي.
- تعزيز المبيعات مع تحقيق المستهدفات الموضوعة للخطوط والمبيعات من خلال توظيف معرفتك في العطور.
- تعزيز مبيعات العطور خلال الفعاليات والعروض وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.
- متابعة أهداف البيع على مستوى المتاجر.
- إعداد تقارير المبيعات اليومية.
- التواصل مع العملاء عن بعد لتحقيق حركة مرور للمتجر أو عبر منصّة التجارة الإلكترونية (إن وجدت).
- المشاركة في تحقيق الحوافز وتتبّع مبيعات ما بعد إطلاق المنتج الجديد على مستوى المتاجر.
ما نبحث عنه
- خبرة سابقة في مبيعات العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل الفاخرة (يفضّل).
- معرفة جيدة بعائلات العطور وطريقة تقديمها للعميل.
- شغف بتقديم تجربة عملاء استثنائية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء علاقات مع العملاء.
- الحماس للتعلم والتطور في مجال العطور الفاخرة.
