Position Details
- Position: General Manager – Digital Marketing Company.
- Work location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Reports to the General Manager of Suliyan Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company establishment and define strategic direction.
- Develop business, operational, and growth plans.
- Expand the marketing services portfolio according to market needs.
- Build the organizational structure and lead a high-performing team.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and project acquisition.
- Build strategic partnerships and oversee commercial proposals.
- Oversee project delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor growth and revenue performance and represent the company professionally.
Company Service Scope
- Brand building and development.
- Marketing strategies and plans.
- Social media management.
- Content creation, design, and visual production.
- Digital advertising campaigns and performance marketing.
- Search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
- Website and landing page development.
- Integrated marketing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, media, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience establishing or developing digital marketing companies or agencies.
- Strong business development, client acquisition, and relationship-building experience.
- Experience leading teams and multidisciplinary projects.
- Advanced understanding of branding, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
