Position Overview
The HR Director will act as a strategic partner in building the group’s Human Resources function and organizational capabilities.
The role will establish a modern HR function that supports business growth and long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Human Resources function from the ground up.
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead executive recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Design organizational structures, job descriptions, and career paths.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Build performance management, rewards, and talent development systems.
- Foster a high-performance organizational culture and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
- Report HR metrics and strategic insights to executive management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of Human Resources experience, including leadership experience.
- Proven experience building or transforming Human Resources functions.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
