About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the private villa, guest houses, staff quarters, and other buildings
- Monitor technical condition and promptly resolve faults
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and engineering systems
- Ensure proper operation of HVAC, electrical, water supply, sewage, generators, fire safety, security, CCTV, and access control systems
- Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
- Organize timely servicing of equipment
- Maintain technical documentation, service logs, and repair history
- Coordinate external service companies and technical specialists
- Control quality of work performed by contractors
- Organize repair works when necessary
Requirements
- Experience as Villa Manager, House Master, Maintenance Manager, or similar in a private residence, hotel, or premium property
- Excellent knowledge of building engineering systems
- Practical experience in organizing property technical maintenance
- Ability to independently identify and solve technical problems
- High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
- Analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Fluent in Russian and English

About the Vacancy
- We are looking for an experienced Villa Manager / House Master for a private residence in Dubai.
- This is a key role responsible for the technical condition of the villa, organizing all repair and preventive work, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of engineering systems.
- We seek a person with excellent technical knowledge who can independently resolve issues, plan maintenance, and control contractors.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical maintenance of the property: ensure uninterrupted operation of the private villa, guest houses, staff quarters, and other buildings.
- Monitor technical condition and promptly resolve faults.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and engineering systems.
- Control of engineering systems: ensure proper operation of HVAC, electrical, water supply, sewage, generators, backup power, fire safety, security, CCTV, and access control.
- Planned technical maintenance: develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, organize timely servicing, maintain technical documentation, service logs, and repair history.
- Interaction with contractors: coordinate external service companies and technical specialists, control quality of work, organize repair works when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience as Villa Manager, House Master, Maintenance Manager, or similar in a private residence, hotel, or premium property.
- Excellent knowledge of building engineering systems.
- Practical experience in organizing property technical maintenance.
- Ability to independently identify and solve technical problems.
- High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
- Developed analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Fluent in Russian and English — mandatory.
