Key Responsibilities
- Develop Java backend applications using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Develop and manage scalable microservices architectures.
- Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Implement persistence with Hibernate/JPA and write optimized SQL queries.
- Containerize applications with Docker and support Kubernetes deployments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize backend applications and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
- Write reusable code, develop unit tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate across the engineering lifecycle and improve backend, architecture, and deployment practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE.
- Hands-on Spring Boot and enterprise application development experience.
- Practical experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on Hibernate/JPA and relational database experience.
- Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Understanding of backend architecture, scalability, performance, and troubleshooting.
Professional Capabilities
- Experience with unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to code quality and maintainability.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
