Overview
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT & telecom systems
- Support and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
- Configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks
- Structured cabling (UTP/Fiber) installation and maintenance
- Basic configuration and support of IP Telephony and PABX systems
- Troubleshooting network and end-user technical issues
- Knowledge and support of ELV systems (CCTV and access control)
- Maintain proper technical documentation
- Provide emergency and on-call technical support as required
