- Independent management and control of IT and digital projects with focus on infrastructure and applications
- Coordination of international project teams and external service providers
- Creation, maintenance, and tracking of project plans, budgets, risk analyses, and status reports
- Close collaboration and communication with international stakeholders and clients
- Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction even with complex project structures
- Active contribution to the IT roadmap including positionsplanning, data lake, purchase to pay, and onboarding automation
Requirements
- Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in classic or agile IT project management, ideally in an international environment
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing
- Knowledge in cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL are advantageous
- Willingness to travel depending on project phase and location

Your mission
- As IT Project Manager (m/w/d) you take responsibility for demanding IT and digital projects in an international environment.
- In close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, you ensure that complex projects are successfully implemented from planning to go live with structure, foresight, and enthusiasm for technology.
- In the coming years, you will actively shape our IT roadmap: from the introduction of company wide positionsplanning based on Personio & Aimplan, to the construction of a central data lake, to the implementation of a modern purchase to pay process and the automation of our on and offboarding proces

Your profile
